In an effort to boost Chinese made products overseas, the Chinese government has begun the “Made in China, Made with China” global ad campaign.
The ad highlights that many high end high quality products around the world are Chinese made. It also highlights Chinese efforts of cooperation with foreign industry when manufacturing these products. This is the Chinese governments first global branding campaign.
This will obviously stir some controversy, especially in the United States amid our turbulent economy. Also, China’s record on human rights will also be brought to the forefront against the new ad campaign.
