Manga cafe at Anime Expo 2008 was bigger and better than last year, and it actually kinda look like manga library. Everyone was quiet and concentrated on reading mangas.
This is card game and board game fan room. Fans were fighting their skills, and game makers were introducing new games.
This is Anime Expo Karaoke contest. The one I saw was acoustic guitar karaoke contest. Surprisingly, the room was packed with the audiences.
Merchandice area was big, and the most popular hung out place for anime fans.
Artist alley was also popular.
This is arcade room. It was huge and a lot of arcade game fans were there, but the games there were a bit old, probably 3 years behind the trend.
