After a few years of frozen yogurt craze in the United States, Pinkberry like frozen yogurt chain opened 3 days ago in Shibuya, Tokyo, named “Pink Sweet Berry.” Why all fro-yo chains have to have “Berry” at the end of their name, and even worse, why did this store used the “Pink.” How soon do you think, they will get sued from Pinkberry?

Regular yogurt with 3 toppings is 590 yen (about $5) and with 5 toppings is 730 yen (about $7). They will open 10 location within this year. (source: shibukei)
