Stephen Wiltshire draws Tokyo 360° view from memory
![]()
Architectural artist, Stephen Wiltshire, was diagnosed with autism at the age of three, and he could not learn how to speak until he was 9 years old.
But Stephen soon realized that he has a great special ability in drawing. He can look at a target once and then draw an accurate and detailed picture of it.
In May 2005, Stephen produced his longest ever panoramic memory drawing of Tokyo on a 10-meter long canvas within seven days following a short helicopter ride over the city. Watch his amazing work.
