The General Association of Japan has chosen Kitano Kii; model, and aspiring actress, age 17 to be their fire-safety poster girl. Kitano will be added to the list of pop idols used in fire safety campaigns. The former gravure idol winner goes on to say how her parents taught her the importance of fire safety, and how she is honored to be apart of the same cause her favorite idols were.
Maybe with a pretty girl leading up the message of fire safety, there will be a few less pyromaniacs’ in the world. (source: JapanToday)
